Because of this very reason, these medium-small business companies scatter around. In this case, they wouldn'tbe able to feel the changeing,to investgate the business environment and to seperate the resource. Furthermore, they are too weak to deal with the business changeing or impacting. therefore,how to make a proper management strategy and good adjustmentto the whole situation will make success and a winer of these medium-small companies. This research bases on government economical policy and the global business resource setting which have been changeing for the past fifty years. It is going to discuss the situation of Taiwan medium-small business management running.Three of the factories which won --The Little Giant Rewards--were interviewed.The interviews are about how they look to the decent interview and collectthe individual case business information research. they have been doing both way at the same time. they analyzed the information they got. To figure out the business starters and their spirits created the success and powerful competition How they built up the business culture and to be train how to be the experts. they all have incredible infulency to Taiwan medium-small business strategy running.The research Pointed out some of the medium-small businessmen are not satified with what they are and what they have. We still can find out the spirit stay in different kind of the businessmen's hearts with different styles. Most of successful medium-small businessgot positive thinking. They are willing to learn new things in order to strach out and createnew business culture. The research also present the unique developing period of Taiwan medium-smallbusiness. The folloeings are four definitions of the research----- Embryo Business Period Developing Business Period Going-back Business Period Blossoming BusinessPeriod The conclusion of this research---- 壹、With business growing up, the business starters still keep the spirit. this spirit becomes sensitive to the environment changed and business strategy transfer. It is totally fifferentfrom the old thinking. 貮、The resource founfation of medium-small business will be changed by looking for the new market. Through the positivity and range will build up the major power of the business. 參、By getting rewards and indentification will help the medium-small business management working fluently. they will make the business stronger and got the ability to finf out more business resource.
