The enterprise used to adopt a strategy of human allocation according to experience or hindsight. An information system that provides relevant data and solution, for decision makers would be helpful. The objective of this thesis is to provide decision support for human resource allocation by adopting the technology of modeling and simulation. We will analyze and model the system development process concerning human resource allocation against the information department of one domestic bank. The models are then simulated for optimum solution and to provide an ameliorative plan based on the suggestion made by an Excel result analysis auxiliary system.
