First, we have to know how much type and standard nominal size of washer and create the washer parameter formula with different type. Secondly, using the Pro/TOOLKIT function library and C++ programming language, we will design program to built screen menu and UI dialog box for the washer standard components and link all function together. To create a complete washer system. The complete 3D parts library system which designed with Pro/TOOLKIT and C++ language will make the Pro/ENGINEER (3D) user to construct the 3D standard parts quickly and efficiency with the UI dialog boxes and input the nominal size.
