However, 8mm kinetocamera owner are less because the cost of it is almost spending you half-year’s salary to buy one in 1960’.
At that time, aggressive colleague students rent a 8mm kinetocamera with some cartoon, porn movies, and silent operas in student dormitory to broadcast for small business. It’s illegal business but profitable deal at that conservative time.
In this research, I will have a series of research and discussions for the phenomenon for using the main-stream 8mm kinetocamera during 50/60’.
Photography is not only on the operation of machines; it’s also the good breaking point for reserving the development and history of the society.
This research is to discover the re-mained memories in people’s mind thru photography, and to clarify the essence and thoughts of your heart by the process of reviewing the history. Discover the being-forgotten 8mm kinetocamera and retrieve the forgotten memories.
