So the new techniques of design that exist in various spaces of architectural space and their ultimate presentation of diversified forms are helpful to accelerating the evolution of architectural forms in the artistic aesthetics. In nature, numerous life effectively achieve the evolution of diversified forms of biology in the world through the inheritance and variation their own gene message. Based on above-mentioned consideration, the research drew lessons from plenty of inheritance and variation-related knowledge and theories on biological apparent forms in modern biology for simulation and reference. It tried to compare common characteristics in morphogenesis principle between biology and architecture to induct similar pattern of architectural space in the trend of form development. In the research, we tried to use interdisciplinary systems to analog thinking and, started from the angle of analyzing the phenomena of inheritance and variation of biological characters, tried to understand the corresponding implicit bionic evolution model of architectural space in the expressions of form. Furthermore, it explored that, from the viewpoint of sub-items of form and function, the conception and definition of “the reappearance of bionic spatial pattern (inheritance)” and “the reform of bionic spatial pattern (variation)” . After the analogy and comparisons of biological inheritance and variation mechanism, the research furthered to make reference to contemporary molecular biology and tried to understand the micro-operation angle of operation mechanism of genetic codes in biological body. Through the understanding of the abstract conception of “the record of genetic message” and “coding translation” to conduct spatial transformation and tried to look for the mechanism of genoid morphogenesis in the process of the design of architectural forms before entering into the form-making operation and conception exploration of genoid mutation space of architectural forms. Finally, through the operation of an example of design, the research conducted a concrete description of the morphology of architectural space for various conceptions of abstract analogy and the rules of morphologic variation that were summarized in the process of research.
