The conclusions are the followings: (1)By analyzing the documents, using the Rubric, the following conclusions are achieved : (a) More elaborations are needed for the teachers to describe and understand the research questions and the research context. (b) Generally, most teachers have collaborated to do the action research. If they can put more emphasis on the process of discussion and criticism, the outcomes will be more meaningful. (c) More self-monitoring and self-reflection could have been used by the teachers in evaluating action research. (d) There is a lack of format variation among action research theses. (2) After interviewing with the teachers, the following conclusions are achieved. (a) Action research helps teachers be more professional in their art capabilities, better in planning art curriculum, and improving student’s learning, too. (b) The teachers have difficulties in confronting the process of feedback, correction and practical teaching, which are the necessary procedure in action research. However, their efforts to solve those questions can help them to introspect and promote their teaching capability. (c) Although most teachers consider action research to be not objective enough, they agree that it combines theories and actual experiences and can be applied in real teaching situation.
