Summary: | 碩士 === 臺北市立教育大學 === 體育學系碩士班 === 96 === The purpose of this study was to explore the correlations among service quality, perceived value model and repurchase intentions of Super Basketball League(SBL) spectators. The self-developed questionnaire were administered to 407 SBL spectators in Hsinchuang stadium. Based on LISREL 8.54 and SPSS 12.0 Package Software, the obtained data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, Confirmatory Factor Analysis, and Structural Equation Modeling. The results of this study are as follows:
1.The SBL spectators perceived service quality was positive direct impact toward perceived benefits.
2.The SBL spectators perceived benefits was positive direct impact toward perceived value.
3.The SBL spectators perceived non-monetary price was positive direct impact toward perceived costs.
4.The SBL spectators perceived monetary price was positive direct impact toward perceived costs.
5.The SBL spectators perceived costs was negative direct impact toward perceived value.
6.The SBL spectators perceived value was positive direct impact toward repurchase intentions.
7.The attractiveness of alternative modes were without significant influence on repurchase intentions of the SBL spectators.
