The study subjects are 213 male and female Badminton athletes in primary school in Taipei city in 2006.The questionnaires of “A Scale of Leadership Behavior Inventory.was adopted to collect the data.”Descriptive statistics,T test, one-way ANOVA were used to analyze the collected data,The result is as follows: 1.The perception of primary school badminton players to the coaches leadership from high to low are: “Training and Guidance”, “Reward”, “Caring”, “Democracy” and “Authority”.As the degrees of satisfaction toward training are concerned, “Professional Ability”is the highest, and “Personal Performance” is the lowest. 2.It is revealed that the effect of different background variables in Taipei primary school badminton athletes on the consciousness is as follows:(1).male athletes are more conscious to coachs` leadership than the female athletes.(2).regarding “the caring”the 4th grade badminton athletes are obviously higher than the 5th grade, while the attitude of the “Sixth grade” athletes to the authority was significantly higher than the others. (3).Regarding training days,athletes who went through a four days course per week or more were significantly more positive to the variable “Reeard ”.(4).The athletes with the trophies scored higher on the effect of authority and democracy than those without. 3.The variables affected primary school badminton athletes in Taipei as follows:The male athletes were more satisfied with the whole perception,team atmosphere,and training content than the female athletes,The 6 th grade athletes responded with higher score on the coach`s leadership than the 5 th grade athletes.Regarding coach`s leadership,whole perception,and training content ,the difference between the athletes with and without trophies was not significant. 陳顯宗 2007 學位論文 ; thesis 81 zh-TW |
