To know auspice Auspice constructs several story lines: “ICFFF and dream”, “ICFFF and learn”, ” ICFFF and international”, “ICFFF and nostalgia”,” ICFFF and adventure ”, “ICFFF and cartoon celebrity.” Auspice hails tourists to consume this symbol. Through narration, could cause the original given name unknown place, changed immediately became popularly . New festival has representation, so the thesis we choose a case study of the ICFFF.
