The problems of packaging waste into the global issues become a common concern. Renewable resources are recognized to be the best choice for handling disposable packaging. Reusing is one of the green packaging design criteria. Unlike the secondary material which was manufactured into a recycle items. Cartons and cardboard boxes are widely used in our life. According to the discovery of observation, paper-made storages are important to the modern trend. The used carton packaging will be the functional storage. During the process of manufacturing cartons and boxes, designers have to pre-consider the needs of the consumers. The reused packaging become a storage product in our lives. The aim of the study is to design the shoe boxes and the post office delivery boxes. First of all, we must understand the differences, limitations, and module between two boxes scale. In order to meet the needs of different forms, and to try to discover and resolve the problems, we need to modify the original design which the openings are on the top of two cartons. Compressive strength of the boxes stacking will easily damaged. Therefore the concept development is to test the opening and compressive of the carton structure at the same time. The most representative case to implement and proofing is the ultimate selection. The result of this design is to prove these two kinds of carton packagings would be easily reused and stored. When the mass-produce shoeboxes and the good selling post office delivery boxes been design, not only the packaging but also the produce process has the eco-awareness. The ultimate purpose in the future will be extended at the packaging market.
