In addition, the significant change of medical industry is due to the pra ctice of the National Health Insurance, especially the nursing staff that assists the doctors and taking care of patients. Therefore, to regulate personal condition is inevitable; the purpose of this research is to analyze the integrate factors of the different modes of regulating emotions, verifying it by questionary and then giving practical and academic suggestions. The conclusions of this research are as below: 1. On the aspect of personal information, the most likely factors to the influence of regulating emotions are seniority, age, serving organization and position. 2. Role stress, perceived organization support and burnout are the elements that are affected by personal conditions. 3. Perceived organization support has a negative correlation with professional burnout and has a positive correlation with professional promises. 4. Professional commitment have a positive correlation with emotional labor, and is negative with burnout. 5. Burnout is positive correlation with emotional labor. 6. This entirety model hypothesis of this research is established. The most important contribution of this research is enforce the importance of putting the emotional regulation into practice Although the past documents all emphasize the importance of regulating the emotions of the fundamental medical staffs, for they burden a great deal of emotional labor. Modern times are also undertaking the emotional regulation as a developing process, yet the modes that were coordinated were not put into practice on the nursing staffs, this research used literature to establish a model, then verifying it by structured formula, finding a complete framework mode.
