The research attempts to know about the perceived value of contributor whose perception not only influenced by the NGOs’ performance of social responsibility , whom he/she contributes to but his/her personality, by using questionnaires, and see if the social exchange theory is able to explain more about the model. And we take the contributors of many NGOs who donate money regularly. In conclusion, we find out there are positive relationships between the five variates, and all the hypotheses we suggested proved acceptable by using the statistic software LISREL8.72. 廖森貴 2008 學位論文 ; thesis 63 zh-TW
