Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 商業自動化與管理研究所 === 96 === Non-profit Organizations ( NGOs) plays an important role of the community, and the private NGOs raise funds for supporting their operates from corporations and demos. The research attempts to know about the perceived value of contributor whose perception not only influenced by the NGOs’ performance of social responsibility , whom he/she contributes to but his/her personality, by using questionnaires, and see if the social exchange theory is able to explain more about the model. And we take the contributors of many NGOs who donate money regularly. In conclusion, we find out there are positive relationships between the five variates, and all the hypotheses we suggested proved acceptable by using the statistic software LISREL8.72.
