In addition, the main reason is that planning and designing of Eco-Engineering must consider various factors and reference data not be integrated. Therefore, this study integrated all of needed data into information system and developed operation environment of river Eco-Engineering to assist engineers in planning and designing of Eco-Engineering. In this study, we have searched papers of river Eco-Engineering in Taiwan and other countries that include expert present in planning and designing process of Eco-Engineering and establish database of ecological. Finally, we develop a design supporting system for river Eco-Engineering. Because the system that have to change requirement frequently.
