The main purpose of this research is to replace the thermal jet nozzles of the conventional 3D printers to piezo jet nozzles. 3D printers always use glue to stick the powders. If we want to make the product more tough, one of the solutions is developing new powders. The toughness of the final parts comes from the combination of the powder and the liquid glue. Thermal-type print head uses the method of heat the liquid to generate bubble, the bubble can help liquid be emitted from print head. The thermal jet nozzles have the limitation based on the selection of liquid glue because of the .vapor temperature. Therefore, this method always can not make the product as strong as we expected. This research proposes another approach to overcome this limitation. In order to replace the limited liquid glue, piezo type ink jet printer is used to take place of the thermal type ink jet printer.
