Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 製造科技研究所 === 96 === This thesis maimly aim at developing the medical diagnosis lamp with LED,we consider that the medical diagnosis should decrease infected probability when using.All system is designed by fastening and locking for cooperating.Such a design is not only easy to dismantle but also easy to clean, it is reusable and replaceable.We use the system identification to find the transfer function for simulating the safe operating temperature when developing.The simulate error is within 0.5%,the Max. temperature is 1.7℃,the relative error temperature is 0.0119℃, relative error percent is 0.337%.And the Medical diagnosis lamp lowest total thermal resistance is 1.11℃/W,lowest internal thermal resistance is 1.0564℃/W, owest extrnal thermal resistance is 0.0564℃/W.The chip temperature is controlled between 67℃ and 72.1℃.It has reached the goal that control chip temperature under 100℃.We also design a Variable Light Mechanism,form the experimental result show that the MAX. illumination is 1109lux, the MIN. illumination is 791lux.
