Most of all, a novel cascaded pulse-width-modulated (PWM) DC-DC controller is applied to the first stage. As for the control of the second stage, a high performance digital controller named as dsPIC30F4011 is used to create the sinusoidal PWM (SPWM) control signal for the inverter so as to transfer the DC voltage to the AC voltage.
