Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 電機工程系所 === 96 === A variable-frequency control method used in a half-bridge single-stage (AC/DC) converter which is merged from power factor stage and power regulation stage, both the half-bridge structures, is proposed in this thesis. It is developed using Digital Signal Processor (DSP) to implement a novel control strategy for elevating the power factor. The proposed circuit features the reducing of switch number and only one control circuitry. In the control strategy, the proposed control method is varied duty cycle to operate in discontinuous conduction mode (DCM) and variable frequency to regulate the output voltage. Power factor correction is easily and successfully achieved with the novel DCM control strategy using DSP-TMS320F2812 manufactured by TI. Compared to traditional control methods, the proposed is simpler and more flexible. Experiments are conducted to verify the theoretical analysis.
