Application of electromagnetic valve (EMV) in SI engines can effectively improve the problems of fixed valve timings and events in conventional cam-valve engines. EMV engines have much higher flexibility in valve timing than conventional engines. Valve timings of EMV engines can have different settings to satisfy different engine operating conditions and different cylinder conditions. The main direction of this research, in order to improve the influences of the system holding force due to the structure of the electromagnetic valve causes . We propose the structural design of the new electromagnetic valve. To reach better dynamic behavior and analyze the energy consumption of the electromagnetic valve, hope it can fit in with the purpose in practical application even more. On the other hand, this research establishes the dynamic equations of the valve lash, to realize the dynamic simulation of valve lash.
