We combined with three groups of fiber interferometer, lens and sensor in the designed module. This system is no-invasive, and it can change its optical path of characteristics to particle, so that this system is relatively convenient and superiority. we can measured the velocity of experiment mouse and chicken blood in 3mm glass tube and tile of the mouse. Writting program of LabVIEW software that we use it interface show the signal on the computer to capture. The results of three directions of velocity at one point in the blood can be calculated from the Doppler signals and made some corrections by vector analysis. The results can be the basis on the development of 3D velocity distributions in the blood flow. Final, use rough control of the use of scanning platform pipes, use matlab to draw diameter around the rate of distribution.
