Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 工業工程與管理研究所 === 96 === Product change is one of the most important conditions for extending the lifecycle of products and improving the competitiveness, and it is a wide-ranging issue of how to select a feasible change package. However, previous research has shown that the final products often lost ground due to underestimation of the influence of suppliers on the product package. For this reason, this paper establishes a mathematical model by focusing on the evaluation of single product change packages, selection of suppliers and allocation of quantity as well as quantity discount policies. Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) was also used to solve the problem and overcome the “blind spots” of common package evaluation, while the illustrative examples prove that PSO may provide feasible reference for the decision-makers.
