Concerning “reverse logistics”, the poorly-achieved after-sales services seem inadequate in comparison with the well-developed. What''s more, the EU has issued and executed, three indexes; RoHS, WEEE, and EuP, which impacted on the industry and brought their attention to environmental hazard. Since reverse logistics emphasizes the remanufacturing and recycle of products, it was viewed as compensation from enterprise for the environment. This research focused on developing one multi-echelon production planning pattern for the reverse logistics, which was mainly divided into the following parts; first, the selection of copartners; second, the reverse logistics delivery patterns for the products, which were specified to return to the original plant of the multi-echelon production planning; third, developing PSO. During the reverse supply chain section, the defective products would first be remade then copartners of the different levels would conduct the reverse logistics. Defective products are returned to the original manufacture/supplier (specified return) for reproducing, the next echelon demands cover the quantity of defective products of the present echelon as well as the demands of the new echelon. This research introduced PSO during the system development echelon to solve issues, and compare performances. The result showed the Fitness performance and the execution time, the convergence time performance, which were proposed the PSO solution in this paper pattern had better solution abilities.
