To use fuzzy terms in linguistic variables can help query more flexible and friendly. However, there are still some flaws in processing various and imprecise information. This research is proposed the method to integrate the cluster analysis with linguistic variables in fuzzy query. It is expected to decrease total executive time and to increase the practicability by feature of cluster analysis in the query.
It is important for enterprise to build the customer relation management. Above all, the analysis of customer behavior is concerned more than others. This research will construct the customer information system. It will help enterprise to get cluster information and customer experiences in fuzzy query. It is expected to make better in strategy decision and resource allocation.
