Application of recycle porous diffusers in a SND-sequencing batch biofilm reactor (SBBR)

碩士 === 東海大學 === 環境科學與工程學系 === 97 === Traditional activated sludge generates large amount of wasted activated sludge (WAS) and need excess cost to deal with. The ways to reduce the amount of WAS certainly will contribute to the cost down in treatment system. Therefore, this study attempts to recycl...

The ways to reduce the amount of WAS certainly will contribute to the cost down in treatment system. Therefore, this study attempts to recycle the wasted activated sludge cake and bake into porous immobilized pellets then add to the SBBR system. In this study, the WAS from Nei-Hu wastewater treatment plant mixed with red soil and some chemical additives to bake as the rebuilt WAS pellets. The pellets reused in sequencing batch biofilm reactor (SBBR) as diffuser and can attach biofilm and enhance the wastewater nutrient removal efficiency. The SND efficiency removal results of SBBR with rebuilt WAS pellets are better than that of the traditional SBR system (with 98 % and 92%, respectively). The simulated ORP Nernst model can be applied to the real time control of the SBBR system to treat nutrient substances. 張鎮南 2008 學位論文 ; thesis 120 zh-TW
