The main purposes of this thesis intend to find the results of reconstruction conducted by Tzu-Chi, and discuss the influence of its decisions made in the process. Some questions included the interactions between the campus and neighborhood residents, and results in teaching and learning attitudes between students and teachers. Research methods included interviews and survey to teachers and administers of schools, interview with architects, campus observations and literature review. The findings fellow as, flexibility in the arrangement of sport areas and playgrounds, ecological garden for nature courses, healthy environments in classrooms and learning corners, conservation for natural environment especial for older trees, thankful ideas kept in minds, and functional layout of campus space for students security and safety. The results reveal the fact that Tzu-Chi Founding has acted as a distinguish model, as a folk society, to achieve the goals to help the suburban students regain a happy learning environments when the terrible disaster passed.
