Reviewing relative articles or papers in the past, most of analysis of highly dynamic industry adopted static method. Under strategic consideration, because most of firms pursue the similar resources or opportunities, which result in their mobility, and the cooperated firms will make dynamic responsiveness strategy in accordance to this change. In the past, the relation researches combined the viewpoint of networks and paths are lack. Therefore this thesis could improve that shortage. The viewpoint of strategy group in Hunt(1972) is the foundation of this research, adding the viewpoint of dynamic strategy group in Hatten and Hatten(1985),Cool(1985), and Fiegenbaum et al.(1985).And using the statistic method of José Ángel Zúñiga-Vicente et al.(2004)for our research. Finally, as a result of change strategy, in the long-term , the firms in the domestic IC and in the LCD industry move between the different group. And bring into strategy construction and variable of network embeddedness and path dependence. We can understand the strategic mobility of the core firm and the dynamic responsiveness strategy of the cooperated firms in the networks of the IC and LCD industries, The result of this research shows that the position of cooperated firms is more center in the network, or transaction items between the firms in the network embeddedness have positive effect. Motion elasticity between the firms in the network embeddmess have negative effect.In additional, in the path dependence, the cooperated firms that the promise put on the resource, technology opportunity, strategic sustainability are observably.
