Summary:碩士 === 東海大學 === 工業工程與經營資訊學系 === 96 === Due to the rapid change of technology and environment, how does enterprise itself adapt quickly to its customers’ changes has become the most significant challenge that enterprises have to face in recent years. And under this rapidly environmental changing condition, the traditional top-down organizational change approach has its limitations. On the other hand, the bottom-up approach has been called much attention to it. In addition, emergence has been emphasized as a way for organizational change. This study applies the action research method to participate in a quality improving project. From the perspective of complex adaptive systems, the status of organization agents’ mental sets and self-organized behaviors are studied through interviewing and literatures review. It has been found that mind sets of organization agents have an effect on receiving information selectively. Three organizational contexts which are sharing the information, a precise organizational objective and completely involvement of the leader have great contribution to the interaction and connection between organization agents. Especially the leader plays the key role in organizational change.
