The study design was a retrospective review of hospital medical record following an electronic search of cardio-pulmonary resuscitation event at the emergency department from January 1, 2007 to December 31, 2007. Analysis was conducted with the SPSS statistical package. A total of 98 cases were collected and analyzed. End points of the study were (ROSC) return of spontaneous circulation and survival upon arrival. There was no difference on the outcome as to the different composition and number of members of the response team. For OHCA, lesser number of EMT could get the same outcome. However, the number of ROSC was higher significantly with lesser on-scene interval (6.69 min vs.9.22 min), lesser CPR interval (9.32 min vs. 11.85 min) and when reporting of event happened between eight o’clock in the morning to three fifty nine in the afternoon (63% vs. 32%).
