Especially, the democratization system and experience that Taiwan has developed the countryside basic unit for many years, the peasant association carries out positive meaning to the rural public policy, there are exemplary roles to the rural reform of the continent, also a policy studies the function deeply. And country's rural financial service system can not meet rural economic and social development's needs at present in China's Mainland, have restricted new rural construction on the long degree. For this reason, should carry on the financial reform, optimize rural financial service system, strengthen the strength of the rural credit office, expand the business scope of the agricultural development bank, the supporting dynamics of leading all kinds of financial institutions to increase to that ' the issue of agriculture ', offer the perfect financial service for the fact that the new countryside is built. In order to quicken the development of rural economy, build the well-off society, promote growing at a sustained, fast and sound manner and all-side social progress of all national economy, remain to perfect rural financial system construction further, strengthen financial service dynamics, strengthen new rural construction. Direct against the rural financial current situation of the development, it is analysis that rural economy and rural finance develop the contradiction, the proposition countermeasure and suggestion to rural financial development.
