碩士 === 慈濟大學 === 教育研究所 === 96 === The research focuses on analyzing experiences of undergraduates participating in the voluntary after-school services in the social welfare organizations. The goals are to find out their motives, to analyze experiences of participating, to probe into how this voluntary service affects them, and to give social welfare organizations suggestions to carry out this collegiate voluntary service. There are the conclusions based on what the paper explores: First, their initial participating motives include four parts, especially the motive of human capital. Secondly, their constant participating motivations include three parts, especially their personalities. Thirdly, their frustrations during the participation include three parts, especially the interaction with students. Fourthly, their happiness comes from students, especially the students’ self-changing Fifthly, their self-improvements during this participation include helping self-growing, arousing their clear consciences, pushing their professional developments, and the exploring of their lives Lastly, the collegiate voluntary after-class service makes volunteers, students, organization change.
