The prevail rate of musculoskeletal disorders from the NMQ questionnaire was 98.95% and unwell body parts are Low-back/waist(51.1%)、right shoulder(48.9%)、right wrist(34.0%)、neck(31.9%) and upper back(19.1%)。The maximal voluntary contraction of four different muscles was monitored by the electromyogram in whole shift for cement masons. The result showed %MVC value was higher than 40% in whole work period(material handling、transfer materials、spading、agitating、daubing). And the arms repeats operative frequency were over 20 times while daubing the wall, as a result cause high prevalence of the right hand elbow-wrist. Because the arm often needs to encourage to exceed shoulder, causing right shoulder unwell prevalence be up to 51.1%.The highest unwell prevail of musculoskeletal is Low-back /weist,the main reason is most of the cement masons doing the manual material handing in awkward posture and carry on spread ground bricks need to bend from the waist at work for a long period, with the result that there are more than half the labors having a low back pain symptom occurred.
