The study uses the electrophoretic deposition method to color precise graphs which is made by photo lithography. The thin film on the structure after EPD will bake with a coagulate temperature and hot-pressed imprint the thin film on a wood panel to make a beauty graph, and it can be used for art and bibelot. In the study, we use TGA to analysis the evaporate temperature of anode acrylic resin, and we according to that to find the coagulate temperature of anode acrylic resin which can evaporate the high polymer. When we get this temperature, we can adjust the condition which is color spread out or can’t be imprint. We also use ellipsometer and UV-Vis-NIR spectroscopy to admeasure the thickness of the thin film which spin-coating by silicone oil and primer. We can use the admeasured thickness to find that when we will get the film by EPD on the silicone oil or primer, we need more powerful voltage. At graph imprinting, this study to make the grade to test the hot-pressed parameters when we don’t use silicone oil, the best hot-pressed parameter is 200℃、1704psi、3minutes.After using silicone oil, silicone oil will form a layer. This layer certainty decreases the stickiness between film and structure, and also decrease the parameters of hot-pressed imprinting.
