| Summary: | 碩士 === 南台科技大學 === 機械工程系 === 96 === Headlamp adjuster is a regulator that adjust suitable angle of reflector and set on a headlamp of car. Headlamp adjuster divides into two kinds that manual and electronic, and the goal of this study is manual headlamp adjuster. Now, this kind of product on the market almost uses screw pair to be the major kinematic pair to adjust and slow down headlamp adjuster.
After analyze existing headlamp adjuster, we can find that the main research of headlamp adjuster is almost about the efficiency of light bulb, shine angle of reflector, and how to automatic control headlamp adjuster now. The researches or references are pay attention in how to control shine angle of headlamp about the member inside headlamp adjuster are few except patents.
So, this thesis major designs four kinds of headlamp adjusters, we use effect that consult and analyze seven U.S. patents to make engineering specification, design requirements and design constraint. After design fifteen concepts, we count the size need from detail design that use basic formula of gear, and draw four detailed concepts by computer aided draw then made an archetype of headlamp adjuster. Finally, we protect the design result by patent.
