Statistics also shows that 15 fires occurrences, be it arson or not, were observed in average in Taiwan. The present security systems for burglary and fire adopt passive designs. In other words, no actions will be taken until damages have reached a certain thresholds. In view of the above problems, this system uses the face shape infrared thermometer to monitor the temperature for unusual conditions; since infrared image installment and common visible light camera (CCD) assume different roles, this research also uses CCD the image installment for mobile patrol, not only may have the effects of police patrol, but also preserves the video recording functions for crime deterrent. Along with the arm control, this setup is far more responsive in its totality than the existing security and fire control units. This work also unified the wireless network monitoring with the immediate feedback image function, which further its capacities against natural disasters.
