E-learning has become the new tool for the education and the enterprise to train their students/employees to close the knowledge gap. It’s demands have exploded as the amount and speed of knowledge has increased. While the E-Learning has undergone remarkable growth, diversification and internationalization during the past few decades, its quality and application has played a key role to determine its fate. This research takes the six e-Learning aspects into consideration, affiliated by the expert opinion, to identify the key success factors for the development of a useful e-Learning system. Most e-Learning evaluation systems are constructed based on the measurement of the learning outcomes and the course material evaluation. Evaluation systems of this kind usually have disadvantage to ignore all the development risk to guarantee the best quality of the product. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to provide a framework for improving the processes e-Learning developers use to develop, deliver, and maintain e-Learning products and services through questionnaires and analytical hierarchy process. E-Learning developers can use this exemplary model of CMMI practices to inform management and staff about how CMMI continuous representation model apply to their work. The interpretation will also help appraisal team members ensure that implemented practices provide the business value necessary to satisfy the goals for quality process improvement that are stated in the CMMI models.
