Summary:碩士 === 南台科技大學 === 企業管理系 === 96 === This study focuses on the concept of international master of business administration student satisfaction while attending school in southern Taiwan universities. The concept of a successful educational experience is explored by looking at factors that influence student satisfaction. A service quality model was developed to further investigate the major influences on student’s overall evaluation of their education. Using empirical data and a conceptual model, the results of this study indicate that universities in southern Taiwan need to reevaluate the service quality they are providing. More specifically, improvements can be made in the following areas of learning environment, tangibility, reliability and assurance. One of the implications of the study is that universities that fulfill the wants and needs of their students will have higher student retention and satisfaction. The implications for higher educational institutions are discussed.
