Summary: | 碩士 === 南台科技大學 === 企業管理系 === 96 === This paper presents the model of green focal firm between the relational capital, absorptive capacity, top management involvement, evaluation and certification, and business incentives to provide knowledge transfer performance for supplier. The dynamic business environment today requires organizations to effectively use all available resources to remain competitive. For remaining competitive, organizations are increasingly implementing supplier development programs to maintain capable and high performance supply bases.
Therefore, this study draws upon work in Natural-resource-based view, relational view and social network theory to examine the effects of relational capital, firm's absorptive capacity, top management involvement, evaluation and certification, and business incentives on the performance of knowledge transfer in the green supply chain management (GSCM). Although the literature of green supply chain management has been slowly building, it remains sparse. Then ANOVA, and Regression analysis is used to test the model from 90 Taiwan High-tech manufacturing firms, we examine the relationships between green knowledge transfer and organizational performance in GSC. First of all, the direct significant relationships between knowledge transfer and organizational performance expectations are very promising.There seems to creat “win-win” opportunities that exisit for Taiwan High-tech manufacturing firms.Second, the findings that knowledge transfer performance is positively affected by most of the firm’s absorptive capacity in the GSCM. Furthermore, the results that evaluation and certification, and business incentivities are the most important supplier development prerequisites before undertaking knowledge transfer activities.However, we show that relationship capital and top management involvement efforts can have no significant impact on the knowledge transfer activities in the GSCM.
The final conclusions of this study was to be done with the intention of practice in-depth study, as well as the specific contribution of research to provide enterprises and academia’s reference.
