| Summary: | 碩士 === 南台科技大學 === 技職教育與人力資源發展研究所 === 96 === The main goals of this research are focus on the working conditions of reemployed women and the relationships between the motivations, obstacles and pattern of their employment. The result should be very useful as a guide for those relevant sections of the government, enterprises and women empowerment.
This study applies quantitative method, investigating from the concept of the part time employment pattern of the reemployed women so as to find out the related problems.
The survey is divided into three dimensions, and the results are briefly drawn as below:
1.It will lower their motivations if reemployed women face higher reemployment difficulties.
2.Reemployed women intend to choose shorter part time jobs if the reemployment difficulties get higher.
3.The more considirations the reemployed women have toward the job, the longer time they will choose on the part time employment pattern.
