A sample of 400 subjects were used in a quantiative survey for statistic analysis. The major research tools were “Cognition to Dissolution Scale” and “ Emotional Intelligence Scale ”. Confirmatory factory analysis showed college students’ cognition to dissolution including four dimensions. The result of ANOVA showed different background college students’cognition to dissolution and emotional Intelligence were different. Based on those finding, some implication and future research suggestion were proposed.
