In the same way, people will address the same requirement to their living place.
Generally, the factor of estimate esthetic, including shape、line、color、quality. Nevertheless, correlative residence literature are wanting the aspects of “color”.
Thence , we put emphasis on residence color presentation ,and by analyze different consumers' affection, to compare with the consumers' preferences alter. The consumers' affection including gender、age、education level、occupation and personal income per month..
Therefore, we decide to take the Kaohsiung art museum area which is advertised for its landscape beautification to be the strategy of house sales to proceed with the investigation of the relationship between the residence color presentation and the consumers' preferences. In the research, we restricted within time、space and resource, hence the cousumer of questionnaire who are live in Kaohsiung and above twenty years old. Furthermore, to qualify the influence level between the the residence color presentation and the consumers' preferences against the grey relational analysis to confirm their relationship .We look forward to provide a different thinking for the following related researches.
