Summary:碩士 === 樹德科技大學 === 經營管理研究所 === 96 === The national military of ROC, in order to carry out “The Policy of Picked Troops” and implement the legislative spirit of “ Two Laws of National Defence “, implement the “Precise Real Case” (Ministry of National Defence, 2000) since July of 1997. And it promoted the first and second stage ' progressing greatly case ' successively in 2004 and July of 2005. The reform to the entire organization may influence current institutional framework, personnel changing and reformation of the power structure of the national military. So, it causes layers of management with produce administrative staff maladjustment and distrust, affect the behavior of centripetal force, working quality and performance organized as well. Current more than every units, the military of country, for non-commercial public institution, regard making a profit as goal, quality that but serve for asking and organizing and developing, promoting the working performance, full foot work continuously forever, must solve factors such as the uncertainty among uncertainty, career personnel's adaptation problem and partner of economy and living environment, etc. Therefore, those factors have initiated this research to probe into the three aspects, which are relational governance, relationship quality and spiritual workplace in the national military. This research is with Relational Governance model.、relationship quality. And Spiritual Workplace for theoretical foundation, it attempts to achieve higher reliability and validity in every related, possible influence factors of ‘the relational governance ( the hierarchy control management and the mutual activities) , the relationship quality ( the trust, commitment and satisfaction) , the spiritual workplace ( the inherent work and community that lives a life, meaningful oneself)’. The research will offer the military units some reference and suggestions for organizational management and the planning of tactics.
