Regular exercise can be helpful to the children to maintain their normal weight and to develop their strong skeleton as well. The hormone which is produced while doing exercise can also keep the children in a joyful mood. Hence, the better physical fitness the children bear during their daily life, the better energy and adaptation will show when they are pursuing physical activities or are doing sports, and they will not feel worn out easily nor lack for the abilities to do what they would like to. The purpose of the health physical fitness test is to be aware of personal physical condition. Nevertheless, the statistics of physical fitness provided by the field of the physical education are the results of each single item. Moreover, the unit of each item differs from one another. It can not be added up to become a research performance index to represent an integral whole physical fitness for an individual. Due to apply the Grey Relational Analysis to the multi-attributive comprehensive evaluation, the unit of each attribution can be diverse and without using any function to get a research performance index. Hence, this study selected the girl students at one elementary school located in Kaohsiung County as our samples. First, we took them to carry into execution of each single item of the health-related physical fitness. According to the award system of the physical fitness, we then picked up twenty-eight students who are qualified to the excellent health-related physical fitness standard. Afterwards, we used the Grey Relational Analysis to select the best physical fitness students and approved the practicability with the traditional physical fitness tally system.
