The goal of a successful enterprise is providing information environment, fluent logistics and business management. The logistical supplying and managing information system, was introduced into Air Force of R.O.C. from USA since 1967, evolves into recent military network due to mature IT and military supplies demand. The network of Air Force that is an exclusive intranet system in Air Force is in order to guarantee country security and promote the fighting capacity of Air Force. The efficiency of the network of Air Force is extremely important. The factors for promoting the efficiency of the network of Air Force is not only system design and internal organization, but also user who can regard as a member of virtual community. The virtual community could be guaranteed evolution because the user is participating the improving of network system. In the point of view, this research combines uncertainty theory and technology acceptance model. It probes into the main factor that the user group in virtual community implements continuously. According to the concept of virtual community the research probes into the behavior intention of military network of Air Force. The sample objects of this research is the use is specific implement the military network. The samplings adopt the investigation method of the questionnaire to carry on the collection of the materials. Besides, the samplings data is in order to find out about Job Relevance, Output Quality and Result Demonstrability. These three factors that effect among perceived usefulness, satisfaction and continuous implementation are in order to offer reference of the relevant tactics and future development.
