Thus, not only the hardware but the teaching quality needs to be made appropriate supplementary measure and updated. To bring about the environment of the digital repository system of the campus is rising and developing. Which is base on the idea of the platform with integrated internet resources, intending to combine information technology and data warehousing theory. Besides, it includes establishing computer hardware and software in schools, digital teaching materials and the learning network for students and teachers to use. To SHU-TE university as an example, this study synthesizes the IS success model that the scholars’ advanced. With the extension of the IS success model, we try to discuss the relationships between the students’ learning performance before and after using the dgital repository system, intending to find out the exact measured factors that the students value when using the digital repository system. This research finding showed that the system quality, information quality, and service quality have positive correlation with intention to use, use and user satisfaction; and using intention, use and user satisfaction also showed positive correlation. The measuring tools passed the significant level of authentication in the reliability and validity. We hope this research will be dedicated to be one of the references to assess the learning performance while all circles try to carry out or research into the digital repository system.
