Summary: | 碩士 === 世新大學 === 觀光學研究所(含碩專班) === 96 === This study focuses on the effect of outside internship on students major in food & beverage management in vocational high school. Based on reference review to build research frame, according to the result of analysis to compile a set of questionnaire, that has great reliability and effectiveness.
Of the returned 651 questionnaires from a matrix of 700 students of four schools in Taipei City, 542 (83.3%) were valid. T- test and one-way ANOVA were conducted in the study, and the conclusions are as below:
1. It derives five aspects, satisfaction of internship, identification, subjective norm, perceptive behavior control, and attitude, in outside internship.
2. Outside internship tends to satisfied, that study for application is the highest and motive for promoting self-value and ability comes second.
3. Entering F & B industries of career planning after outside internship is the highest, and advance to university for F & B comes second.
4. There is a significant difference in outside internship due to students’ different backgrounds.
5. There are significant correlation between three aspects (satisfaction of internship, identification, and attitude), and development of students.
6. The variables, such as gender, school achievement, interest, tuition source, and the mode of internship, have effect on career planning.
