Outside the information system committee already became the enterprise to improve the information science and technology system investment return rate, the reduced manpower, the reduced fund investment and the effective utilization vanguard technology, promoted the enterprise in accordance to the environmental trend the important method. But outside the information system committee considers the key point, besides lies in reduces transport business cost and the promotion management efficiency, along with the enterprise internationalization competition pressure and the strategy alliance tendency, the non-core business committee outside, by concentrates the enterprise interior resources to concentrate the development core ability and the establishment competitive advantage, at present the core work also gradually starts outside the committee, is outside the committee the market vigorous development main driving influence. This research mainly can relate the correlation influence variable to the committee outside, by further studies outside the promotion committee to relate the achievements the method. But in the banking industry, how has outside the affiliation information system committee to establish itself the unique superiority, the adaptation construction surface performance is most important.
