| Summary: | 碩士 === 世新大學 === 企業管理研究所(含碩專班) === 96 === In this changing world, the business sustainable development has been the best important and hot subject！ From 1920s until today, all of international countries are seeking for a good solution to improve businesses growing in stability. And the concept of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) becomes the best choice. On the contrary, it is still strange to Taiwan. The main contents is to state the theory and development of SRI (Social Responsible Investment) in the world.
Empirically, I adopt the single case study research while focusing on TSMC（Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company）for illustration. I will introduce TSMC how to complete corporation government and aim for SRI standards in this case study. Especially how to be the benchmark in Taiwan. The purpose of this research is to awaken all the proprietors making a point of doing social responsibility, and to appeal to all investors considering about the importance of CSR. Depends on the prior concepts of business ethics, we should prove CSR to be the best strategy while achieving the goal of investment. Not only businesses should execute CSR standards but also investments should take account of SRI.
