Under globalization, “Global Government” has been sprawling in more and more countries. On the other hand, this phenomenon has been a great influence to nationalism. From this essay, we aim to forecast the theory of “China’s Rise” in the future based on globalization. Nowadays, globalization is the trend of international development, but there is another important issue for China—Nationalism. For China, how to make a choice between these two issues? In the meantime, the discourses of China’s rise and the China’s menaces are never stopped, especially China’s menaces to Taiwan, when developing their economy and military with effort. There are a lot of differences from the 〝Harmonious World〞brought forth from China. The findings of this essay is that China has the ability and advantages to make the theory of〝harmonious world〞come true. This essay suggests that China should organize a multi-culture global village and reduce the menaces and hostilities to the perimeter nations. Finally, find the peace way to solve the problems for cross- straits talk.
