For the compensation of the expatriate assignment, the expatriates preferred to give the intangible acquirement than the tangible profits. The corporation managers should give the long-term type expatriates more supportive mechanism and help them to reduce word-family conflict. Further, the multi national corporation managers have better giving expatriates more empowerment for self-actualization. The more chance of learning and trial, the more willingness of expatriates decide to accept for foreign assignment.
