Description
Summary:碩士 === 東吳大學 === 政治學系 === 96 === In light of the absence of literature about organizational trust between permanent and temporary workers in public sectors, this study focus on the difference of organizational trust between permanent and temporary workers in public sectors, and what makes the influence. This study sampled from Taipei City Hall at random. The number of valid samples is 284, and the retrieving rate is 23.67%. Confidence interval is 95%, and the standard error is 4.76%. We analyzed the data by frequency, independent samples t-test, ANOVA, correlation, multi-regression, factor, and reliability analysis. The result indicates that permanent workers are significant higher than temporary one in both superior-ability trust and colleague-institutional trust. The superior-ability trust is influenced significantly by distributional equity, procedural-interactive equity, and job level. And the colleague-institutional trust is influenced significantly by distributional equity and procedural-interactive equity.
